Spring turkey

Everyday on our drive to Wilmington, Porter and I look for turkeys, and on some days we're lucky enough to spy a few strutting in a field, or on the side of the road.  Porter even has a pretty good turkey call.  When Brian came home with a jake last weekend, I don't know who was happier - Porter, Brian or Maple.  Honestly, we were all ecstatic because wild turkey is so much tastier than store bought birds!
